The experience
Ponte de Lima is the oldest village in Portugal, characterised by its medieval architecture, good gastronomy, culture and beautiful gardens. Visited by many Portuguese and international tourists, it’s on one of the main routes of the Way of St. James, being a mandatory stop for those on pilgrimage.
Above all, this project seeks to support the reception in the tourist dissemination, to support pilgrims on the Way of St. James, in the most diverse services (information on the transport of backpacks, restaurants, medical support services, etc.) and to assist, whenever justified, in the cleaning of the rooms and laundry services.
As an integral part and with greater dedication is the collaboration with APPACDM (Ponte de Lima delegation) in supporting users of this institution, people with mental illnesses, in the most diverse activities, creating bonds of solidarity and mutual help with these special young people.
Take this opportunity to share new experiences and get to know one of the most beautiful villages in Portugal.
