In the city, there are endless options to explore such as the famous Rocha Beach, the crowded and lively street of bars, the Portimão Casino, the karting track and the Ecovia by the marina for a tour at the end of the day. Around the city, set out to discover the Monchique and Silves mountains, where you can scrutinise the traces of Muslim culture found there.

    A22 (Via do Infante) - exit: Portimão and EN125 - exit: Portimão until the Cardosas tunnel - before the tunnel, turn right to the Cardosas roundabout, turn right - follow the signs to Pousada de Juventude

    Lisbon, Porto or Faro: Rede Expressos - exit: Portimão, at the Bus Terminal, next to the Portimão Arena, 20 m walk from the Hostel, less than 1 km - exit the Terminal and turn left towards the 1st roundabout take the first exit; at the 2nd roundabout, take the first exit; at the 3rd roundabout (Cardosas), take the third exit towards the Hostel following the directions of Pousada de Juventude.
